Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Only Test Series (“we”, “our”, “the platform”). By creating an account or otherwise using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not create an account and do not use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who consents to these Terms on your behalf. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.

You are responsible for the account you create and for every action taken through it. In particular:

• Keep your password and one-time codes private; do not share them with anyone.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access using support@onlytestseries.com.
• You may not create more than one account for the same person or transfer your account to anyone else.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, mirror or otherwise copy questions, solutions or other content from the platform.
• Share test paper contents, solutions or your account credentials with others.
• Automate access to the platform, tamper with the assessment shell, or otherwise interfere with a fair testing environment.
• Upload malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the platform for other users.
• Use the service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

Breach of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and forfeiture of any purchased plan without refund.

All questions, solutions, analytics, code, design, trade marks and other materials on the platform are owned by Only Test Series or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own preparation — nothing more.

You retain ownership of the answers, notes and feedback you submit. By submitting them you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and display that content to the extent necessary to run the platform, evaluate your attempts, produce anonymous aggregate analytics, and improve the service.

Certain features may require payment. Where a plan or one-time purchase is offered, the price, billing cycle and refund window are shown on the checkout screen before you confirm.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable once the corresponding content has been made available to your account. Taxes are additional where applicable.

We try to keep the platform available and accurate at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, security updates or events outside our reasonable control may occasionally interrupt the service. We may add, change or remove features without notice, provided the essential character of the paid service is preserved.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

• You breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use section.
• We reasonably believe your use of the platform poses a security, legal or reputational risk.
• We are required to do so by law or by a competent authority. On termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately. Sections intended to survive (payment, liability, intellectual property, dispute resolution) continue to apply.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that your use of it will guarantee any particular outcome in your examination.

Analytics, ranks and recommendations are estimates based on your recorded activity and are for informational purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Only Test Series will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Only Test Series, its officers, employees and partners harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform, subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution mechanism required by law.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how it is used. Please read it alongside these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page changes, and material changes are announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
